ETM has ownership of one of the world’s largest undeveloped rare earths deposits, the Kvanefjeld REE Project in Greenland. Kvanefjeld has the potential to become the most significant western world producer of critical rare earths.

These projects enhance ETM's growth potential by leveraging opportunities in high-demand critical mineral markets globally.

In addition, ETM is in a joint venture for the Villasrubias permit. The Villasrubias project is located in the southwest corner of
the province of Salamanca close to the Portuguese border and 33 km away from Ciudad Rodrigo, the district capital; it
consists of a permit of investigation (11.4 km2) acquired by Technology Metals Europe SL in 2021. The main target is a set of
lithium-tantalum-niobium-tin-bearing aplite-pegmatite dykes. Of these minerals, the first three are critical raw materials for the
EU, according to the list updated in 2020.

The Project, which has been designed to meet the highest environmental and social standards, has the potential to create thousands of jobs and contribute billions in taxes and royalties – making a generational impact on the people of Narsaq and the surrounding areas.

ETM holds exploration licenses in Quebec's James Bay region, strategically located near transmission lines and known for lithium-rich spodumene-bearing pegmatites, offering significant potential for hard-rock lithium resources.

ETM is involved in lithium exploration through permits in western Spain, targeting critical minerals such as lithium, tantalum, and niobium—key materials for EU supply chains and green energy technologies.
